Detroit Pistons (27-24) at Cleveland Cavaliers (40-11) – Sunday, Feb. 22 - 8 p.m. Eastern - ESPN
The Cleveland Cavaliers will be out to show that their two-game slide just before the NBA All-Star break was simply a brief hiccup in a strong regular season and not a sign of problems to come in the second half of the campaign.
Detroit, meanwhile, is simply hoping to stop a steep slide that has been going on for more than a month.
Before Sunday's game against Detroit, Cleveland will face a pair of road games, Wednesday at Toronto and Friday at Milwaukee. Detroit has a pair of home games, Tuesday against Milwaukee and Thursday against San Antonio on TNT, before traveling to Cleveland to start a five-game road trip. ESPN will broadcast Sunday's Pistons-Cavaliers game at 8 p.m. Eastern.
Season Results:Before losing back-to-back games to the Los Angeles Lakers and at Indiana last week, Cleveland had won eight of nine games. Those two games marked Cleveland's first two-game losing streak of the season. The Cavs did manage to beat Phoenix, 109-92, just before the All-Star break.

Cleveland's recent struggles are nothing compared to what Detroit has experienced of late, though. Entering this week, Detroit has lost three straight games, 107-97 at home against Phoenix, 107-102 at Chicago, and 99-95 at home against Atlanta.
Detroit's slide has left the Pistons 13 games behind Cleveland in the Central Division. On Jan. 4, the Pistons only trailed Cleveland by 5.5 games.
Adding to the problems for the Pistons entering the Detroit-Cleveland game is the fact that the Cavaliers are 24-1 at home this season.
