Saturday 11/27 - notre dame at wafe forest free nbc pick - Notre Dame has high hopes when it comes to playing for a BCS National Championship, but first they will have to get through the Wake Forest Demon Deacons. Wake Forest, who is 5-5, has a chance to play spoiler this weekend if they can knock off 3rd ranked Notre Dame who is 10-0 on the year. They will go into Notre Dame Stadium with this on their minds and play a tough game against the Irish.
utep vs southern miss free college football pick - The struggling offenses of Southern Miss and UTEP collide on Saturday for a game that is going to be played for a sense of pride. The Golden Eagles of Southern Miss have yet to win a game this year behind an offense that ranks 117th in points scored and a defense that is equally as dismal on paper. UTEP hasn't done much better coming into this game at 2-8 overall with only a single win in C-USA play.
Ohio State vs Wisconsin free prediction ATS - Wisconsin comes into Saturday knowing they have a shot to, once again, play in the Rose Bowl at the end of the year. That shot will be a lot better if they can get through 10-0 Ohio State. Wisconsin technically leads their half of the Big-10 with the Buckeyes ineligible to play in the championship game. With a win though, Wisconsin will turn some heads and find that the computers will favor them a little more in upcoming games. Ohio State, although not playing for a post season game, hasn't lost yet and doesn't plan on it anytime soon.
ESPN will televise the Arizona State-Boise State Las Vegas Bowl from Sam Boyd Stadium, beginning at 8 p.m. Eastern Dec. 22. The Arizona State-Boise State game may be the biggest mismatch in the bowl season, at least according to Las Vegas oddsmakers, who have made Boise State a 14-point favorite.
Louisville vs NC State 12/27/11 - ESPN will televise the Belk Bowl from Charlotte, N.C., and Bank of America Stadium, beginning at 8 p.m. Eastern Dec. 27. North Carolina State is a 2.5-point favorite in what could almost amount to a home game for the Wolfpack, as they play in their home state.
CBS will nationally televise the Georgia-LSU SEC Championship Game from the Georgia Dome in Atlanta at 4 p.m. Eastern Saturday. Top-ranked and undefeated LSU is a 13-point favorite against the betting line.
The Tigers will enter the Georgia-LSU game as the nation’s only undefeated team from a major conference at 12-0. The Tigers clinched a spot in the SEC Championship game by defeating Arkansas, 41-17, last Friday to win the SEC West Division.
They’ll take another run at the MAC crown on Friday Night Football in the Ohio-Northern Illinois game. ESPN2 will nationally televise the Ohio-Northern Illinois MAC Championship Game from Ford Field in Detroit at 7 p.m. Eastern. The Northern Illinois Huskies are 3.5-point favorite against the spread.
When it scheduled the North Carolina-Virginia Tech for a national telecast before the season, ESPN probably was hoping the Hokies and Tar Heels would both be near the top of the ACC Coastal Division standings. They were half right.
Virginia Tech leads the Coastal at 5-1, one full game ahead of surprising Virginia. North Carolina, meanwhile, has suffered through a tough season, and sits in fifth place in the division at 2-4. At least the Tar Heels are bowl eligible at 6-4 overall.
ESPN will televise the Oklahoma State-Iowa State game from Ames, Iowa, beginning at 8 p.m. Eastern from Jack Trice Stadium. On paper, Oklahoma State-Iowa State looks like a complete mismatch. The oddsmakers agree, as the Cowboys are a 26.5-point road favorite.
The Cowboys lead the Big XII Conference with a 7-0 record, so a win against the Cyclones would give Oklahoma State at least a share of the league championship. The Cowboys have not won a league title since tying for the 1976 Big Eight Conference title.
Florida State opened the season as a Top 5-ranked team, and the Seminoles had a golden opportunity to stamp themselves as a serious national title contender when they hosted #1 Oklahoma Sept. 17, but Florida State fell to Oklahoma, 23-13. That led to a two-week hangover, as the Seminoles followed with losses at Clemson and at Wake Forest, by identical 35-30 scores.
ESPN will televise the Temple-Ohio game from Peden Stadium in Athens, Ohio, at 8 p.m. Eastern Wednesday. Temple is a 4.5-point favorite.
Wednesday’s Temple-Ohio game will be the first of four consecutive mid-week games for the Bobcats, who do not have another Saturday game scheduled.
College Football Score Prediction - USC and Colorado will meet for the first time at Pac-12 Conference foes Friday in Boulder, Colo. The USC-Colorado game begins at 9 p.m. Eastern from Folsom Field, and the Trojans are a three-touchdown road favorite.
At 3-2 in league play, the Trojans are a game behind Arizona State in the South Division of the Pac-12. However, USC cannot qualify for the inaugural Pac-12 championship game because of NCAA sanctions against the football program. The Trojans also are ineligible for a bowl game.
ESPN will televise the Virginia-Miami game at 8 p.m. Eastern Thursday. The Hurricanes are a 14-point favorite.
After a shaky 2-3 start, Miami has been solid the past two weeks, handing North Carolina just its second loss of the season, 30-24, before upsetting #22 Georgia Tech, 24-7. That should give the Hurricanes plenty of confidence heading into the Virginia-Miami game score prediction against the spread.
Geno Smith leads the Mountaineers into the West Virginia-Syracuse game, throwing for 359.8 yards per game, which ranks fifth nationally. Smith had 463 yards passing in a 47-21 loss against the current #1 team in the BCS standings, LSU, earlier this season. That game is the only loss for the Mountaineers (5-1), who are ranked 15th in the BCS standings.
San Diego State and Air Force are each 3-2, and both teams have lost to TCU this season. Air Force lost at home against TCU, 35-19, in Week 2, while the Aztecs lost last week at home against TCU, 27-14.
Both South Florida and Pittsburgh were mentioned in the preseason as potential Big East champions. ESPN will nationally televise Thursday’s game from Heinz Field at 8 p.m. Eastern.
Cal ranks 15th nationally in scoring offense at 39.5 points per game, while the #9-ranked Ducks rank first nationally in scoring at 52.0 points per game. The Cal-Oregon game figures to be one of the highest-scoring games on the entire college football schedule.
Both Cal and Oregon are 3-1 on the season. Cal lost its first game of the season last week, 31-23, at Washington. The Ducks, meanwhile, lost their season-opening game against now-#1 LSU, 40-27, in Dallas.
The South Florida Bulls have started fast this season, opening the year with a road upset of then-16th ranked Notre Dame, 23-20. Since then, the Bulls dominated three overmatched opponents (Ball State, Florida A&M, and UTEP) by a combined 159-48.
ESPN will nationally televise Utah State-BYU at 8 p.m. Eastern from LaVell Edwards Stadium in Provo, Utah. BYU is a touchdown favorite over the Aggies in this cross-state rivalry game.
For the BYU Cougars (2-2), it will be their second straight Friday Night Football appearance on ESPN. BYU defeated Central Florida, 24-17, last Friday, breaking a two-game losing streak. The Cougars opened the season with a 14-13 win at Mississippi before losing 17-16 at Texas and 54-10 against Utah.
Saturday’s BYU-Texas game will begin at 7 p.m. Eastern on ESPN2. Texas is a 7-point home favorite in the game from Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium in Austin.
LSU vs Oregon Saturday 9/3 2011 - Both Oregon and LSU had very successful 2010 seasons. The Tigers were 11-2, while the Ducks finished 12-1. LSU defeated Texas A&M in the Cotton Bowl, 41-24, to finish ranked #8. The Ducks finished #3 in the AP poll after losing to Auburn, 22-19, in the BCS national championship game.
South Carolina vs Auburn - CBS will televise the Auburn-South Carolina SEC Championship Game from Atlanta’s Georgia Dome at 4 p.m. Eastern. The early line lists the undefeated Tigers as a 4.5-point favorite.
Miami vs Pittsburgh 9-23-2010: The Miami Hurricanes and Pitt Panthers haven’t played for several years -- at least since they were Big East Conference opponents -- but they’ll renew their series on Thursday Night Football. Miami and Pitt will play on ESPN at 7:30 p.m. Eastern from Heinz Field. The Hurricanes are a 3-point road favorite.
Florida vs Tennessee, 9/18/2010: College football fans looking to sort out the Top 10 in the early portion of the season will want to pay particular attention to Saturday’s Florida Gators at Tennessee Volunteers game. In facing Florida, Tennessee will be playing its second straight Top 10 team.
Saturday, Sept. 11th 2010: Michigan vs Notre Dame - Both teams will have one game in the books before the Michigan-Notre Dame showdown. Michigan hosts Connecticut Sept. 4, while Notre Dame opens with a home game against Purdue. However, the tradition of the Michigan-Notre Dame game makes it a very important game to both fan bases, and it may cause some people to look past those opening games to the Michigan-Notre Dame showdown.
Monday, September 6th, 2010: Boise State vs Virginia Tech - The Broncos are a 3-point favorite in the Boise State-Virginia Tech game. Boise State has not been an underdog in a regular-season game since Sept. 20, 2008, when the Broncos won at Oregon, 37-32, as a 10-point underdog.
Thursday, Sept. 2nd, 2010: Pittsburgh at Utah - Utah will begin its final year in the Mountain West Conference hoping to qualify for a BCS bowl game for the third time in the past six seasons. The Utes ranked 15th nationally in scoring defense last season, but they’re hoping having senior quarterback Terrance Cain healthy the entire season will help them show plenty of improvement on offense this season. Having a returning experienced quarterback is one of the reasons the Utes are favored in the Pitt-Utah game, even though Pitt is ranked higher in the preseason polls.

Big 12 and SEC college football championship game predictions - alabama vs florida and texas vs nebraska.
